About

Lisa is a knitting instructor and designer specializing in sweater construction, fit, finishing techniques, and pattern literacy. She teaches knitters how to move beyond simply following patterns and into understanding how garments are built, modified, and refined.

Her workshops—offered nationally and online—focus on empowering students to analyze schematics, customize fit, and approach finishing as an intentional design choice.

She has taught for major fiber events including Vogue Knitting Live, Maker Festivals, and the Minnesota Knitting Guild. Through structured, skill-focused classes and industry collaborations, she advocates for a thoughtful, confidence-building approach to knitting that blends technical mastery with creative exploration.
